STAND UP TO CANCER, featured by the Entertainment Industry Foundation - Hollywood's leading charity, first launched in 2008. Easily, a favorite event of mine. The special unites celebrities, cancer survivers, and a national audience in a powerful night for cancer awareness. This year, it was broadcast on all major news channels, ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox on Friday, Sept. 10th. 100% of the donations go to cancer research (the website is still accepting donations). To date, over $100 million dollars have been raised. If you missed the show, it will be streamed on the SU2C website, along with many other videos and ways to join the fight.
